Payment Terms

To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of $25 is payable.  If you need to cancel your appointment, our cancellation policy will apply.

Cancellation Policy 

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of the appointment time or you fail to show at your appointment, you will forfeit your non-refundable booking deposit. 

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds are not offered for completed or partial treatments. Refunds or exchanges are offered for products purchased in the salon. To receive a refund or exchange, products must be returned unused, unopened with their seal intact and in the same condition as when they were originally purchased. We will not accept or provide an exchange or refund for any item that has been used or damaged or is not in the exact condition in which it was purchased from us. This does not affect your statutory rights. 

Children

For their own safety and the comfort of our clients, children cannot attend your appointment with you. 

Health 

At the time of booking, we ask that you notify us of any relevant medical conditions, as some treatments may not be appropriate for you. If you are on topical skin medication, activated skin creams/serum/cleanser, or acne medication you must tell your brow stylist each time you come in.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and are valid for 12-months from the purchase date. Gift vouchers will not be accepted after the expiry date. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred. You must bring your gift voucher to your appointment. Our Cancellation Policy also applies to gift vouchers.
